1) Orders placed before 3.00pm on a normal working day will be processed and despatched on the same working day ( subject to stock availability).
2) Orders placed after 3.00pm on a normal working day, or on a Saturday, Sunday or on a UK Bank Holiday will be processed and despatched the next available working day.
3) Delivery timescales are dependent on the delivery option selected during checkout

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery howsoever caused. Delivery times are subject to the service provided by our selected carriers and may from time to time be affected by unavoidable transport delays beyond our reasonable control.
You may return any Product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the Product and the Products packaging has not been opened or damaged.

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
If you are returning a faulty or damaged Product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply us with a receipt.
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
